ISDN^2e: Integrated Services Digital Network is simply a telephone line which provides 64kb/sec connection to the customers premises. Basic ISDN access provides the equivalent of 2 digital telephone lines(known as channels). ISDN workd at high speed with excellent clarity for both speech and data applications. Customers pay call charges only for the time they are using it.
