To send a Text Message

Press the mail or envelope key
Press text and enter the destination extension
Scroll through the messages by pressing the next key
To send the message press OK

To write a Text Message

Press the mail or envelope key
Press the text key and enter the destination
Press Create (which will appear on your display)
Type in your message using the keypad
To send the message press OK

Receiving a Text Message

Press the mail or envelope key
Press text and then press read
Press MSG Press call or clear
Press exit

To use speed dials

Using the keypad, type in the 1st two letters of the name.
Press next or previous to scroll through them.
Press send to Call that speed dial or type in the 7001 - 7999 code allocated to the Speed dial.

Programming speed dials

Press the right hand arrow once until operator is displayed
Enter password 1954 COMSPD is displayed
Press right hand arrow
Press New Insert name (using keypad)
Press OK Insert number (prefixed with 9)
Press OK

Programming Ring Tones

Press the -> key
Press Phone and then press Melody
Press Tune+ for tones
Press Le vel+ for volume
Press OK to select
Remember and hang-up!
