Transfer a call to an external source (digital lines only) |
Put the 1st call on hold dial 9 and then the telephone number. Transfer will appear on your display, press transfer and then the call will put through.

Use Touch Tones (when calling an automated service) |
Press the DTMF key (which will appear on your display) this will change the tones of the phone to allow you to make your choices.

Make a conference call |
Put the 1st call on hold, dial the 2nd call and press Conf. Or dial 50 to join the calls together.

Divert my extension to an internal source |
Dial 61 and then the extension number.

DND - Do Not Disturb |

Cancel a divert |

Park an extension (this allow you to put a call on hold and still have the use of your phone) |
Dial 12. To retrieve it dial 12 and the extension number.
