Our companys’ focus is on building a strong Borders community with the help of the
businesses we support through our network. In turn this will provide an efficient and
simple way of making a long term contribution to the areas of Arts, Culture, Health &
Well Being, Music and Sport throughout the region where we all live and work.
The Borders ‘Change Foundation’ is a charitable trust powered by GB Telecom (Scotland)
Ltd. We have a board of trustees and elected Chairperson, all from various walks of
Borders life, who bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to the five key areas
the foundation will support.
On an annual basis, GB Telecom will donate a percentage of all Network Business into
the ‘Change Foundation’ on top of a legacy contribution between 15k-20k per annum.

GB Telecom will donate to the ‘Change Foundation’ from the criteria below.
Call Spend: Utilising LCR (low cost routing) to allow customers to benefit from
competitive call packages from landline to landline and landline to mobile, business
to business.
Line Rental: This package allows our customers to benefit from competitive recurring
line rental charges traditionally from BT.
New Install: Any existing or new customer looking for line plant or additional line plant
can now competitively purchase these items from GB Telecom.
Broadband: Competitive broadband packages allowing high speed data/internet are
now available.
IP Telephony: The future of business communications will be delivered over the internet
through call spend channel rental and bundle packages.
Mobile: GB Telecom is aiming to launch this new product in quarter 2 of 2007, offering a
competitive mobile package on both calls and line rental. All these products are available on a one bill “one-stop-shop” offering, where as
traditionally the customer may have all the above supplied by different companies. On
top of this attractive proposition a percentage of all above revenues will go towards the
GB Telecom (Scotland) Ltd ‘Change Foundation’ Charitable Trust making a difference in
our local community.
