Three different types of training are available to each new customer:
- Pre-Installation Training
If required, our Trainers can come on site prior to the system installation to give you an insight into the telephone system and how it works. - Hand Holding / System Training
When the system actually goes live our Trainers will be present to ‘hold your hand’ to make sure that everything runs smoothly. They will then train all required members of staff on all aspects of the handsets in use and answer any questions. - Continuous Training
All staff training is free during the first year (ie. continuous training is available). For whatever reason, (new staff member, etc.) you can ask for additional training at any time and we will arrange this for you.
We are also very happy to give advice over the telephone if necessary. So, if you have a query/question, just call us at the Training Department where we will be pleased to give all the assistance we can.
